Coverage

ABRI products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

What is not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic change, wind or storm damage, misuse, improper storage, accidents, unauthorized repairs, and loss are not manufacturing defects.

Make a claim

Email support@abri-parasol.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. If the claim is covered, ABRI may repair or replace the affected product at its discretion, consistent with applicable law.
