Where we ship

Online checkout is available for Canada and the United States. Contact us before ordering for other destinations.

Rates

Canadian orders over $200 CAD ship complimentary. A $15 CAD flat rate applies below that threshold. Available US rates are shown before payment. Taxes and any applicable import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are confirmed during checkout where available.

Timing

In-stock orders normally leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by remote destinations, weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Tracking and address changes

We email tracking as soon as an order ships. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible.
