ABRI does not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is considered final sale, so please review the product details and ask us any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email support@abri-parasol.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right where applicable.

Manufacturing defects

Eligible manufacturing defects are handled under our one-year limited warranty. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and weather damage are not manufacturing defects.
